Ordering Tips

Interris recommends that you carefully check the order information (eg: product information, product quantities, recipient name and other relevant information, delivery address, zip code, phone number, etc.) when placing an order.

Interris will not be held responsible for the loss or wrong delivery of packages caused by the wrong information submitted at the time of order placement. Once your order is successfully placed, it cannot be modified. For orders which include personalized items, once the order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be canceled.

If you have any special requests regarding the preparation or delivery of your order, contact us first and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I Change My Order?
It is our priority at Interris to process all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, the contents and/or details of your order cannot be changed after successful payment.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us to cancel the order as soon as possible, and then use the correct information to place the order again. Please understand that at the time of contact, your order may already be in progress or on the way. If this is the case, then we will be unable to cancel the order on your behalf. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that such a request will be honored.
